The full lifecycle of height safety compliance — from initial risk assessment and system installation through to annual recertification and corrective repairs.

Service 01

Annual Recertification & Inspection

Under AS/NZS 1891.4 and AS 5532, height safety systems must be inspected and recertified annually by a competent person. We manage this for 200+ Victorian schools on a scheduled program — so nothing lapses.

Each inspection covers anchor points, static lines, roof access systems, davit systems and all associated equipment. You receive a full inspection report, compliance certificates, and a corrective action schedule for any defects identified.

We also run 6-monthly harness and PPE recertification programs — inspecting, testing and recertifying fall arrest harnesses, lanyards and connectors in line with manufacturer requirements and Australian Standards. Every item is individually certified and recorded.

Service 02

Height Safety System Installation

New construction or existing building — we design and install compliant height safety systems suited to your rooftop configuration, access requirements and operational needs.

As accredited KattSafe installers, we supply and install the full KattSafe range including KATT roof access ladders, platforms and associated systems — all backed by manufacturer warranty.

We work with schools undergoing new builds and refurbishments, and as a trusted subcontractor to leading Victorian construction companies, delivering height safety system installations on commercial and residential projects across the state.

Service 03

Compliance Auditing & Reporting

Don't know what you have on your roof — or whether it still meets current standards? We conduct independent compliance audits against AS/NZS 1891.4 and AS 5532, giving you a clear picture of your obligations and any gaps.

Audit output includes a written report, photographic evidence of every system and defect, a compliance status summary and a prioritised corrective action schedule with indicative costs.

Anchor Point Load Testing

Static and dynamic load testing of individual anchor points. Written test certificates issued on completion, suitable for compliance records and insurance requirements.

Repairs & Remediation

Corrective repair of non-compliant or failed systems. Where defects are identified during inspection, we can often remediate on the same visit to minimise disruption.

Risk Assessment & SWMS

Site-specific height safety risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements for rooftop access and maintenance activities. Ready for contractor management and HSE files.
